Just moved in to our newly renovated home in Roncesvalles. It was truly a fun and exciting journey. Special thank you to Robert, was such a blessing work with such a diligent and trustworthy Contractor. He outlined all the steps that would be required in order to obtain the building permit for the renovation, and addition. He showed us two current projects prior to signing the design agreement. One was a full gut and renovation of a semi-detached in the Leslieville neighbourhood, the other was a large North York custom home addition. Both substantial projects looked very well organized and safe. It was reassuring to talk to other homeowners that have built with the company. All seemed to have a good experience with the Details construction team prior to us signing on. We definitely are happy with the end result and do recommend working with Details Construction & Development. The last three weeks before our move in date crews were working long days. I Robert’s hard work, commitment, diligents and dedication truly shows. They delivered beyond our expectations, Robert and his team are truly highly skilled builders. Definitely recommend these guys if you’re looking to renovate or build.
