Andy was prompt and professional. He had to find a skylight to fit as the replacement as it was not a standard size. He moved the position of the skylight without being asked to a better spot on the roof, did an excellent repair on the inside including re-insulation, and took pictures of the entire job so we could see what he had done as he worked. Even though he had a problem with his truck, he rented one to ensure he could complete the job on schedule. Highly reliable.

Excellent service and response. i have had two occasions this year to have squirrels removed from a rental house. I called and within a day he had set up the trap for the squirrel. He removed the squirrel, repaired the damage to ensure no reentry and did not charge me until the job was complete. The second time I needed him, i thought that perhaps there had been a problem with the recently redone roof and asked him to check for me when he went up. He remembered, and when he let me know he had completed the work, he assured me that it was not the roofing but a hole in the board below that had allowed entry. Very reliable and honest.

Dave came on time for appointments, brought samples as requested, gave a firm price for the work and completed it on time. When there were a few concerns about the way the flagstone was laid ( the slope on the top of the stairs was too steep, one stone was not straight, and some parging was not completed) he had the work redone immediately without any complaint. He also called again to ensure we were happy with the work before he asked for the payment. all in all an excellent job and an honest contractor. i would be happy to use him again for any other masonry work.
