We had a disaster with another plumber who came to fix our main sewer line but failed. Roy came to save the day! They knew we had a tenant moving in and everything needed to be finished by that weekend. He gave us an incredible deal considering we were already out money from the previous shady plumber and rearranged their schedule to start work only 2 days later and finished on time. It was a high pressure situation and he made us feel completely comfortable and reassured this time we were in good hands. All the workers who came were professional and friendly guys who knew their stuff. Couldn’t be happier with their work and highly recommend them to everyone.

He gave us great advice on how to fix the other plumbers mistakes and continues to be a great source of information since. He is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

These guys have the best work ethic ever. Every time we need them they are here same day. When they heard we needed them same day to ensure our renovation project didnt get delayed any more they were here and worked late into the night. I couldn’t be more thankful for them. We had our boiler blow up in the middle of the winter and Rivercroft quoted a new high efficiency combo unit immediately and installed the following weekend. They were very efficient considering the time constraints and cold weather. They also had to run some new lines to our addition and install a couple rads. Derek has always been very responsive and informative in all our correspondences. They have done a thorough job and if anything wasn’t quite right they returned immediately to resolve the issue. They are very tidy while working, wearing shoe coverings, laying drop cloths and their pipe work is laid out thoughtfully.
