After getting quotes from many companies, my wife and I hired Northco to do a complete exterior wrap on our home built in 1983. The work involved a brand-new roof (Malarkey Vista), new siding (James Hardie), eaves, trough, and soffit. Right from the start we were well taken care from Simon the salesperson, to Daniel the owner, and their crews under Remy and Guillaume. The quality of a company can be measured by how they act when things go wrong. In a complex project such as this one, this is inevitable. Northco showed us this quality. They understand that we matter and react quickly to resolve issues and provide confidence that they have our back, that our success is their success. We also appreciated the fact that they took the rest of the neighborhood in consideration and did not overtake our small street with multiple cars or trailers left behind for weeks. While this was a challenging process, what we remember most is not making compromises with the decisions. In the end, it’s what is left behind that we remember, and on this project, we are happy to say that we are completely happy with the result. Thank you Northco!
