We have known Keith for many years now and he and his team have always been professional, experienced, honest, and prompt in providing the.service for us. Any troubleshooting issues Keith has always been so helpful to us even at times when I know he is very busy. The customer service is wonderful. I would highly recommend Pro Logic.

No problem with their work, it looks great. Just a few minor changes, our electrical outlet was covered by the shelving which wasn't discussed with us beforehand. At the time I did discuss this with the workman but they said there was nothing they could do. I was fortunate to have my contractor working on our bathroom next door so he solved the problem but I think that is something which the closet guys could have made more an effort to do. They also complained slightly about having to remove the old shelving first as it wasn't on their job plan. Also I feel it might have been nice for us to have had the person we dealt with initially come and review the work afterwards and to make sure the job went smoothly and to our satisfaction. We have had no follow-up from the company after the job was completed.
