When the 2 man crew arrived we did a walk about from my neighbour’s house high above mine, over gravel roads and down a steep driveway. As we walked Curtis told his assistant the equipment needed. He came up with an ingenious plan that worked and the elliptical was moved and set up in my basement. Then they took the old one, in my basement, away to be donated instead of taking it to the transfer station. There was great communication before they came and the work was efficient and safety conscious.
