Pre-Lock installed a new security system and new grip sets at the front door when we moved in 6 years ago. Now we are putting the house up for sale, and wouldn't you know it, the mechanism failed and I had to tape the lock open so I could get in and out of the house. That wouldn't look too good to a prospective buyer. Anyway I called at the end of a business day, and 9:00 the next morning Paul had dispatched two guys to fix it. Now that is what I call service !! The door looks and works perfectly. I would definitely recommend Pre-Lock for hardware and for security monitoring. They are always available and responsive to all our needs.
