My sales experience was fantastic, Alexey provided touchpoint service, any queries, corrections, adjustments were handled efficiently and with satisfaction. The installation process was great. With 2 doors and 14 windows replaced and a winter installation time, they were targeted and focussed. They left little to no mess or dust, validated before doing, and were courteous to the house and their mobility. Alexey followed up with both an email and physical visit to ensure the windows met satisfaction. Finally cost comparative, demonstrated a nearly 20% cost savings. Would recommend.
