Yevhen was extremely responsive and so helpful! He came out promptly to take a look at my fridge. He diagnosed the problem and completed the necessary repairs within an hour. He also explained to me what was going on along the way - which was appreciated given my very limited fridge knowledge! I also went back to him with questions regarding the nature of the problem after the service was completed. He was very responsive, provided detailed explanations, and offered to come back to look at the appliance if needed. I would 100% recommend this service.
