Very knowledgeable and explained everything really well. First time having a furnace so made sure we understood how it all worked and how to maintain. Also made excellent recommendations for the future and gave lots of tips to save $$$ and avoid unnecessary work. Serviced the furnace and will definitely hire again!! Doug and his team member were so careful and polite! They delivered excellent service with a personal touch and moved everything quickly. We had an extremely heavy dining table and they managed to move it in pristine condition. Excellent service! Happily managed to book us in at short notice, great communication, was very punctual, friendly and helpful. Changed 4 light fixtures and fixed a baseboard heater and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the light placement before he finished up and made adjustments. Very competitive pricing too - couldn’t ask for anything more! Would definitely hire again and recommend to others - thank you!!!
