After we had an oven repaired, the drawer below the oven wouldn’t close properly. Our Ekko cabinets are 5 years old and we have been very happy with the appearance and functionality of the cabinets. When I contacted Ekko, they were understanding and said they would help with the problem. Rob, the project manager, came to our house promptly and fixed the problem with speed and expertise. It is obvious that Ekko truly cares about customer satisfaction. Thank you very much Rob, and it was a pleasant surprise when the service call didn’t cost anything!
