This is our first major renovation project. We were anxious and really careful when checking out contractors with peace of mind as our number one priority. From the first moment we talked to them, we saw professionalism and felt comfortable. Lampert Renovations Ltd has a showroom of bathroom fixtures, tiles, cabinets, etc. It’s easier to get a vision of what you want your bathroom to look like when you see all the products on display. The products in their showroom are on the above-average to high-end range. I believe you can ask for a catalogue to see what other products they can offer aside from those displayed in the showroom. They are very professional in dealing with us. Job description and contract are finalized and signed before they start the job. If the style of tile we chose is currently out of stock or unavailable, they gave us the option of either waiting or going with a similar style. They show us what they've done before they leave for the day. During the renovation, they lay out the " red carpet" from the front door all the way to the bathroom so they don't track dirt into our home. They clean up the job site every day before they leave. The crew working on the site are friendly and easy to talk with. If they come across a challenge, such as boards being in the way of where the pipes should be, they consult us and let us know how they plan to fix or go around the problem. They would sometimes offer advice on where to put fixtures so it would complement the effect we want for our bathroom. Another important thing we liked about them is they tell us who will be on the job site on any given day. So, we know who actually has business to come to our house. Thumbs up on the quality of work. From tile alignment, grout, spacing and caulking, everything is smooth and polished. The project started on June 2020 and finished in 4 weeks. I would describe our overall renovation experience with Lampert as pleasant and will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
