Kevin was punctual and professional. He did a pre-offer home inspection which pointed out some areas of concern that we had not noticed and as a result we reduced the price we were going to offer and still got the house and saved a considerable amount of money in the process. Most importantly, he provided us with great knowledge and understanding of the property we purchased. I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Correctly diagnosed the problem obtained the part and completed the repair all within 24 hours. Our washing machine is working well now. Was courteous and professional. All at a reasonable price.
