Chadi was unbelievable right from the first introduction call. He went through every detail to find out our needs and wants for the bathroom project. He provided a detail quote for both the labour and material costs. Once Chadi began the work he went above and beyond sourcing material for us and running around to pick up they finishing materials we purchased on our own. We live in an old house so there were countless unexpected issues that came up. Chadi always found a solution and spent the proper time to do the work even though it added time to the project - this was done at no additional costs either. Chadi was extremely respectful and clean, at the end of every day he always cleaned up and took all the garbage with him. I am in the construction industry and have worked with lots of contractors , Proskystar is a keeper and I would highly recommend them for your next project. We are currently renovating our washroom and found out on the Monday night of the long weekend that we need to add a roof vent for our new washroom fan. I spoke with Michael on Tuesday morning and he had a member of his team out that afternoon to complete the work for us as we were in a rush. Michael had done our roof last summer and was the first and only person I called for this repair. He took great care of us last year and again this time. I highly recommend them for your next roofing project, he is very professional and reliable

I found Michael based on previous home star reviews and I can say there are completely accurate. First Quality Roofing is a 5 star company. He was amazing to deal with from beginning to end and on the day of installation was in constant communication providing picture updates through out the day. Michael and his team worked extremely hard and well into the night to get this done in 1 day. They were very courteous and respectful of both mine and the neighbours property who we share a driveway with. I was very impressed by the clean up as the property was probably cleaner than when they showed up. Michael Was also very fair and great to deal with - at no added cost he fixed two downpipes and replaced one as well he found 4 layers of existing roof during the removal but didn’t charge more even though he based his quote for two layers I highly recommend Michael and his team for any roof job and will gladly use him again when we decide to replace the shingles

Ciaran was amazing to deal with from beginning to end and his work is first class. We provided him with a picture of the unit we found online and he made it come to life. He came by our place several times to measure, coordinate with our electrician to accommodate the new outlet and drop off a sample prior to fabrication. The install was quick and perfect he is a true craftsman and a great guy to work with. I would highly recommend him for any carpentry work needed.
