Worked with Dave at Encore to replace 7 basement windows that were very old and unsafe with new triple glazed awning units. He helped with getting an energy audit and these will qualify for $2275 in NRCan rebates. The new windows are great quality and the installers were fantastic, attention to detail, quality of install all top notch. Very happy with the result and this was for my daughters first home and feel way more secure with these installed.
