I had one of my toilets running continuously and a leak in the water supply that connects to the toilet tank. We exchanged some pictures that he could diagnose the problem. Jeff was extremely punctual, professional and provided me the details that I needed to understand how it would be fixed . He left the room exactly as it was before.
