Manny was a pleasure to deal with for this project. He responded and made himself available in a short time period. Was on-time and worked clean. The replacement was not without its challenges, as with most, but Manny was able to adjust to ensure it was done right. This included having to take away a piece to cut down to size which meant having to come back for a second visit. I'm sure there could have been a way to do it with what he had available, but it wouldn't have been done properly and this was his main concern. If you are looking for the job done right for a fair price, he's your guy.

We found Model Living online while we were looking for quotes. They came back as easily our best choice. They hosted a still personal virtual meeting during Covid and handled all our questions. They provided a much more advanced way of running their overall business with a digital rendering of the finished product that looked close to exact, a chat function for pre/during/post work which was much easier than email and phone tag as it kept everyone in touch and nothing was lost, forgotten or mistaken in our discussions. Mike, who worked on our place was the most punctual and hard working contractor we have had ever work on our house. Pulling up the main bathroom in a small toronto home has the potential for mess and clutter with a lot of cleanup afterwards but, his work made it the opposite. They helped before with a checklist of what we could do to prepare and when the eventual few things that come up during work that require changes or fixes They handled it quickly and professionally.
