Bought an older house in Etobicoke that needed some significant fixes. Got referred to Ronnie and he did not disappoint. Gave us honest advice, helped us with pricing, and suggested a couple solutions that saved us money and made improvements too! Cut down our rotten chimney, re-bricked and capped it nicely. Installed 2 gas fireplaces plus new manifold and backyard BBQ line (got us fantastic deals on the hardware too). In the process, even re-routed the poorly planned furnace exhaust to take strain off the blower (and avoid blowing on the rear patio!) Can’t say enough great things about this crew. You should chat with Ronnie before making any decisions. Highly recommend.

We bought an older home in Etobicoke. First week there we got a medium amount of rain and the basement had pools of water. Walter came in, was able to provide a fast estimate, install weeping tile, waterproofing, sump pump and backwater valve AND submit all paperwork to the city on our behalf for the rebates! Quickly and permanently fixed the issues! In addition, Walter’s thorough work uncovered a serious problem under the house with the main drain. It was a big fix but thankfully he worked with us on cost and did a great job. Can’t say enough great things - great service, fast, knowledgeable, helpful, affordable. 10/10
