We were referred to Mark at Greater Toronto Electric from the heating cable manafacture once we realized that the underfloor heating in out newly tiled washroom was not functioning. Mark was very friendly and professional and was able to located exactly where the heating cable had been damaged during installation. He was even able to remove the tile and repair the fault. We were so relieved that we didn't have to remove the entire floor and start from scratch.
