I cannot say enough about Louis. He was very kind and patient with us. No matter how many times we called him, or went to see him, he always took the time to speak with us. He was very detailed in his work and gave us great suggestions and advice. Everyone I dealt with at Bax were great and pleasant, and the installers did an amazing job.
