Highly recommend City Boss. George was excellent to work with- very professional, very responsive, met onsite, quote provided very quickly, . Quote was significantly lower than other companies. Crew onsite was great- job completed in morning (approx 3 hours) and cleanup was great.. Thank you for George and Team for a job well done.

Defintely will not use this company! Contractor who came out to do quote was unprofessional including complaining about other customers he did work for, shared how he was chasing customers for payment, pulled out a sheet showing his investment /shares in a company and talked about his investment and money he made until I told him to stop. Never received his quote. Office staff sent a firm note asking why I didnt authorize to go ahead- when I advised quote was never received- Representative checked and replied back that they tried to send quote day prior but didnt have email address. When I advised how unprofessional contractor was received call from office. Provided details as to the onsite visit - advised I did not want contractor onsite again. Office staff advised they would find another contractor to work, do another site visit and do quote. Conversation was held 1/2 hour prior to their office closing for weekend. Representative she would would work and get back to me - no response. Must have so ,uch business that new business and customer service are not importnat. Definitely, moving on from this company - already wasted too much time for nothing.

Very easy to write a very positive review- Rick has done window cleaning services a few times and each time has been a great experience. This recent clean was for exterior only die the virus physical distancing challenge we are experiencing in the world. Windows are always very clean and sparkling. Rick and Jane (?) are very professional, friendly, respectful of property and provide excellent customer service. Very quick to reply to emails/request for quotes and then appointments are booked. I appreciate Rick provides an hour window when he will arrive - especially great to have when interior windows are done. Never a question when I need window cleaning, etc who I will contact.
