Does not listen. Leaves tools and materials on new vinyl floor - floor scratched - when drawn attention to this, was affronted. Uses plumbing putty for everything, rather than standard connections. Installed rainshower crooked without checking, broke rainshower connection (one of 4) but did not report. Inslalled sink faucets crookedly and said that is the best they can do. My wife disconnected and connected them straight. Does not use permits. All my connections are a time bomb and I need ro sell the house before one or more of these connections blow. Stay. Away. Update: The rain shower required transitions from British to Canadian standards. Doty ignored them, used plumbing putty, and now, the rain shower is leaking all the way from second floor to basement level. Thousands of dollars repair needed to remove enclosure, shower tiles, backingboard, new rain shower and new tiles and a real professional plumber.

A couple of really cool guys, down to earth, hard working, pleasant, professional, and very reasonable. Their workmanship is stellar, and in some instances, they do just a little more than what they agreed to do. I would gladly speak to anyone beyond this review to detail why I say all these things. Really. Old fashioned values and respect.
