I had a great experience with Jim and Maxine. Maxine returned my call within 24 hours and visited my home to inspect my old heater a day later. Jim noticed a lot of rust under my heater and removed the heating element to show me it was dead. They then explained my options of a new heater element or a new unit all together. We decided to go with a new unit. Jim and Maxine returned a few days later and installed our new heater. Everything perfect, no issues
