Yevhen arranged to come as soon as he could. I found him to be sincere, knowledgeable, professional and the cost was reasonable. He explained the issue (fridge was leaking water, and even finding its way into the basement) and the easiest way to solve it. The problem was remedied on the spot (took about an hour) and he promised a three month guarantee. I highly recommend Mr. Pankratenko if you require an appliance repaired.
