Merv was super responsive and realistic with when he could come by to fix our broken Dryer. From our initial contact, he was at our door 5 hours later, and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Merv has straight forward and presented options. Simply put, he was fantastic. We will trust all our repairs with Merv moving forward.
