Finished Basements went the distance... literally! Since we live outside of the city, it was challenging to find a company who was willing to drive out to Fergus to even quote our basement. But with Finished Basements we received a call from Vitaliy within hours of us submitting a request! Both Vitaliy and Natalie made the planning and design process very easy with offering their professional opinion/suggestions while still taking into consideration our wants and needs. We also could not believe how hard working their team was with the physical labour to complete the project on time (if not sooner!). Overall, we are happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Finished Basements. Thank you Vitaliy, Natalie and the rest of the FB team for making the renovation run as smoothly and for providing us with a fantastic basement!

The estimator Franco was so profesional , and the siding and roofing crew were so quick and polite . They really made this process straight forward without issue. My wife and I were always confident and at ease with their service
