Our experience with super shade has not been super. We’re still missing a blind from our order (they measured incorrectly) 3 months out. They got our address wrong... twice! Even after I called and corrected it. Each time there’s an issue they can’t find our file or account. It’s taken up a lot of time, energy and money dealing with super shade. And we’re still missing a blind.

I was a loyal customer of Jennifer’s for almost a year. During a move in clean her cleaners broke a stained glass window in our new house. The house was complete empty at the time and we had just purchased and throughly inspected the entire property, including that window prior to the clean. Jennifer refuses to take responsibility for the damage, despite claiming to be insured. I would not recommend this company.
