Last year Rowan and the team at Purple Properties renovated our bathroom (we still love it!). A faulty tub faucet dripped water very slowly from our unit to the condo below damaging my neighbour's ceiling. I called Rowan and he sent the team over to evaluate the issue and the damage below. No excuses, no problems, no costs. A new cartridge was installed in my unit and neighbour's ceiling was repaired and freshly painted. Glen and his apprentice Michael came by last week to install a rangehood and hang a door. While working quickly and efficiently testing the electrical panel, Glen discovered a malfunctioning socket, which saved me having to arrange another repair date. Multi-talented and thorough with a can-do attitude, they were both a pleasure to work with. Glen consulted me with details prior to expertly completing the projects I had for him. Valentin did an excellent job on my faucet replacement and dishwasher valve replacement. He showed up on time and got straight to work. I am thrilled with the result of the bathroom renovation that the team from Purple Properties did for me. The bathroom space is not very big but with the creative suggestion of a corner entrance, the team was able to accomodate a good sized shower, a full tub and generous vanity next to a large heated towel rack. The room feels light and spacious. I was looking for something a bit different in colour palette, integrating the blue tiles rather than the often chosen muted greys and creams. I appreciated the quality vendor shopping trip and contactor savings passed on to me. I received constant consultation around the style I was trying to achieve and the great suggestion of carrying over the blue tile to the tub area really pulled the room together. I visited the site often, asked many questions and observed the quality of the workmanship in progress. The bathroom is not only beautiful but solidly and expertly built, adding to the value of my home. Men on the Move is the only moving company I will use and recommend from now on. Nick, Godfrey and Dustin were polite, careful and respectful of my mom’s belongings. The Rama crew is made up of professionals whose craftsmanship and pride in their work resulted in a top notch job that has renewed my old Toronto semi with a fresh new appearance.
