Jonathan who owns the Milton franchise is very professional, responsive and easy to work with. We got multiple quotes from top-ranked deck companies in the GTA, and he was comparable to all of them in pricing and was great about doing everything by the book, including managing the permit process on our behalf - we didn't have to do anything. Ultimately we felt we could trust him to do a great job so we went with him. We visited the outdoor showroom in Waterdown which gave us helpful ideas on finishes. His builder Jeff is fantastic, he built the whole elevated deck and stairs by himself in less than a week. Workmanship is excellent and longest wait was for railings which were high in demand. Both Jeff and Jonathan were great and we're excited for our new composite deck! Dan in Milton
