What a nightmare of an experience. If only I could go back in time and choose a different company I would. I called this company because of the good reviews I read on the internet but don't believe them. The roofing estimate I got from this company was $800 for repairing a leak on my roof with one year warranty and I was convinced by owner’s high pressure sales pitch that I was going to get such superior quality with his workmanship that it was well worth the money. It was such a deception. The next day after rain there was water leak , I calked roofer and express my confidence that he’s going to make things right but instead he asked for $200 more in order to fix his job and when I refused to pay he said that he is not going to come. I feel like I got so ripped off! I gave him an opportunity to put the roofing job right and gave him an acceptable time line to respond and correct the issue one last time before taking any action and writing reviews but it seems this company has no standards, so hopefully this review make other consumers aware of the issue and no one will use them in the future. Consumers beware :there are two more reviews against this contractor on Better Business Bureau website with same issue. I’m not able to file both a customer review and a reportable complaint with BBB about a single marketplace interaction so you will not see my review there.
