A previously repaired roof ( not by them ), was again leaking, and I realized roof replacement was inevitable. I contacted three companies for pricing. Todd Vail was out here the next day, and was a pleasure to deal with. The cost was what I was expecting, and when he said they could get it done on the Monday, only 3 days later, I jumped at the opportunity, as heavy precipitation was forecast for the week. The crew was great, and the job went off without a hitch. I work for a contractor - I know what dealing with one is supposed to feel like, and this company checked off all the right boxes.

John took the time to come out and provide advice, knowing my problem likely wasn't in need of his assistance. He took the time to review the visual issues, and let us know what we should be looking for. If we do get any broken windows, this place is definitely the only place we will call.
