Michael was one of a handful of inspectors we were referred to for our home inspection. After reading through many reviews and speaking with a few individuals, we decided to use Michael as he really stood out based on his professionalism, customer service and knowledge. The home we were looking to purchase was an older home and he was able to clearly communicate and identify how he approached his inspection along with the key things he looked for. The report he provided, which came through within the same day as the inspection, was very thorough and detailed with photos. It highlighted areas that could be of concern both in the short and longer term. As well, the report provided a time horizon on when things may need to be addressed, which is very helpful. Throughout the process Michael was very responsive and got back to us on any additional questions we had even after he provided us with the report. We would highly recommend Michael to any of our family or friends and will use Michael again in the future.
