We hired Leng and his team to complete a repair of our 100 year old garage (floor and cement short wall). The walls were sealed, formed, secured with rebar then concrete was poured. The walls were parged afterwards. The floor was removed then rebar was installed and concrete was poured. The finished product looks fantastic! Their work was neat, clean, on-time and fairly priced. This is the second time LT Intergriyy Improvements has completed a renovation project at our home. We continue to be impressed with their work.
