David is so much more than just a designer. He helped us through the entire process of drawings, CoA, applications and permitting. He even connected us with our GC. He was incredibly patient with us, going through multiple iterations of drawings so our needs were met and working well with our designers and other service providers. He was very professional and meticulous. He took us through the whole CoA process without us having to lift a finger. I would highly recommend David for any type of renovation drawings, especially if you're looking for someone to assist with permitting too. Thank you David for everything you did for us!

Working with you and Tim on this project was a pleasure, you are both so relaxed and easy going and I think that the three of us collaborated very well together. I can’t wait to see how the new third floor addition integrates with the remainder of the existing building. I am excited to see how seamless the exterior of the building will look and whether or not you will be able to tell that the third floor is in fact new. I love the idea of renovating buildings in a way that keeps the original character and blends the new with old seamlessly, and I think your house will be a fantastic example of this. In addition, I am excited to see all of the new interior space and the many tweaks we came up with for each floor level.
