I HIGHLY recommend Shawn, and I don't recommend lightly. I contacted Shawn based on a recommendation from one of my fb groups. Initially I just wanted to get an idea if my RO was good or not. I contacted Shawn via fb and he replied right away. He was professional, responsive and very knowledgeable. I shared my RO via picture message and described the issue I was having. He gave me options - replace or buy new one. He was not pushy or demanded I buy from him. However, I did settle for a new product with 7 yr warranty and annual check up. His installation was fast and he kept the work area clean. Which was important during COVID-19. He explained everything to me at the end to ensure I understood the product. He even took the time to explain my water softener to me which was not apart of this service call. Shawn's service was excellent and he seems like a real, nice, honest down to earth business man. It's businesses and people like Shawn that I like to support.
