Had Caco come to my house on June 12 2023. My appointment was for 8am and he showed up at 7:50am. He notified me 30 minutes prior to his arrival which i did appreciate. When he showed up he introduced himself and explained the job he was doing and how he was doing it. What i can appreciate is he would answer any questions i had. More importantly his professionalism is what blew me away. He went around and sealed all the vent, even the big hose used to suck the dirt and debris he would wrap in drop sheets so it wouldnt rub on my wood floors. Futhermore, when the hose was going around corners he would put a blocker so again the hose doesnt rub against the door jam. He spent a good hour just setting up and hand cleaning all the vents before starting up the big vaccume. Once he was done he showed me before and after pictures and i was quite satisfied with the result. After that, he went around with a hand vaccume and cleaned up and dirt and debris that may have blew up from the vent. Overall im very happy with the work and more so impressed with the professionalism of the company and Caco. Ive always been skeptical of duct cleaning companies and ive heard of many bad experiences and watching the CBC marketplace investigation. But i can confidently say they will not disappoint. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone. On a side note, when it comes to the honesty and integrity of Caco. He accidentally charged me an extra 3 dollars when i was paying on my credit card. I didnt notice this until he came back to my house minutes after leaving and apologizing for the discrepancy. And gave me back 3 dollars immediately. I cant say i know a lot of companies that would retify mistakes like that promptly. So thank you for the great service Caco and your honestly is greatly appreciated.

My wife and i were looking to have our kitchen and main floor renovated. After doing an extensive search online for best rated contractors we had George from Dream kitchens come in and give us a quote. From the very first meeting he took the time to listen to what we wanted and would give us advice as to what works best in our space. Throughout the whole process he kept us informed and made sure to bring up any problems they encountered so that we would have no surprises. One thing i can appreciate is that all of his crews are licensed and professionals. So all electrical is done by an electrician, plumbing done by a plumber, kitchen cabinets done by professional installers/builders and even when it comes to designing and picking the finishes his designer Cynthia is very helpful and guides you along the way. Another quality about George that i think stands out is during the month long renovation there was NEVER a moment where he was not available to answer any questions or concerns. No matter how minor the issue he would always answer and make sure your satisfied. For example, there was a moment where after the cabinets were installed we noticed a very minor damage at the bottom. I brought up the issue with George and he said he would take care of it. instead of doing a cheap quick fix he replaced the entire panel within a couple days. Our kitchen and main floor looks amazing and my wife and I are so excited to show all our family and friends. George and his team is literally what any home owner would want in a contractor. Trustworthy, honest, stands behind his work and the quality and craftsmanship is great. Oh and i should mention, his pricing is very competitive. We had a few other people come in and his price was not only the best but the materials he uses is quality building material that would last. I would highly recommend Dream Kitchen home and Design to anyone interested in having a renovation done. Definitely will have them come back for future projects.

Had Ruhul come out and do an assessment of of my house as we heard mice in our basement ceiling. He was very prompt and explained how i had rats and how to deal with them. He identified where they were coming into my house and how i can fix the problem. He placed some poison and left. Within a couple weeks we found two dead rats which we disposed of. We continued to hear noises so i called Ruhul back and he came back a few days later and placed some more poison. Very nice guy, professional and informative UPDATE: been just about 6 Months since Ruhuls last visit. Had some minor activity in our ceiling again. Called Ruhul to come back and place some more poisen. Even though we were just out of warranty he came by and placed more poisen free of charge. Very happy with his service and he stands behind his warranty.

i had a new furnace and AC installed by them last year. Just couple days ago my furance stopped working in the middle of a 40 degree heat wave. I called the emergency number they provided and they were able to book me in for a service call the same day in the afternoon despite how busy they were as i was a previous customer. I also called the sales representative Charton and explained to him the situation. He had stated that my issues was most likely due to my old thermostat. He mentioned that he did not want us to be without AC during a heat wave so he offered to go to home depot himself pick up a theromostat and repalce it free of charge. He showd up to my house a couple hours after i called him, well before the service technicians arrival time. Long story short he got my AC back up and running and saved my quite a bit of money. Thank you Charton for your excellent customer service and going above and beyond. And thank you High Efficiency for the great service provided. These guys are definitely my go to for anything heating and cooling related and will definitely recommend them to friends and family
