I ordered carpeting for my stairs and they had me confirmed to come on that Saturday and they did not call or show up and I eventually called them and they said that I was not on their list and I explained to person who did the consulting said I could have it installed that Saturday. I was very angry that they are not as reliable as I thought they were.
