All I can say is wow! Bill and his crew not only beat the competition in price, but the quality of their work and timeliness in getting things done was outstanding. All it took me was a couple of phone calls and within a couple of weeks I came home from work on a Monday to a newly rebuilt chimney. It felt like magic almost. My neighbour was so impressed by the crew and their work that he got an estimate too! I wish all contractors were this easy and pleasant to deal with. The video series on the website is great too. I called Academia Roofing after trying several other roofing contractors who didn't return my calls. I was in need of a roof inpection for my insurance company and Gord was happy to help. His inpection was extremely thorough and meticulous and even went beyond the roof and attic. He noticed other areas of my home that required attention and suggested I get those addressed too. In the end, there were some minor fixes to be done (a turbine vent) and his report was concise and comprehensive. He sent me a PDF and I was able to forward that to my insurer with plenty of time to spare.
