Please look the other way, actually run the other way. They will tell you everything you want to hear and nothing will be done the way you want it or so you think. What should of taken 4 to 6 weeks to be complete took them seven months and within six months my pattern concrete started to pit and the seal was almost all gone. More importantly they did not bond my pool which by strict ESA rules is their responsibility and cost me 10,000+ dollars to have it done. They didnt return text calls emails to myself my city counsellor and now I have to go down a different route. They will not take responsibility for their poor actions, poor customer service and poor quality of work. They take advantage of anyone and anything they can. They will not offer any assistance to rectify their bad work. Basically were ghosted. They got their money and too bad for you. There are other people on Facebook were experiencing the same thing with this company. Please please please stay away from them. They dont have any repeat customers because theyre all complaining about them. They only look for new customers. The owner cancelled his phone and got a new number because the old one is disconnected now. The company will not turn on its answering machine. The sales agent said hes working for a new company but when I called the new company they dont even know who is. Beware they are all full of inconsistencies. Save yourself the biggest heartache and headache of your life, forewarn anyone who is doing any type of construction not to use them. Always do extensive research on the companies. Speak to people who have had work done by them dont take anybodys word for anything and always listen to your gut. The pictures are of brand new concrete laid in September sealed in November 2021 and the concrete started to pit in January 2022. The company is Everlastconcreteone they are out of Brampton. Chuck and Desiree are the owners and Armandio is one of their primary workers and Ron is their sale agent. If people are proud of their work and really want to do a good job and want their clients to be happy, they would do it without any hesitation, by not returning phone calls emails or texts for months on end is just cowardly.
