Celeste was great. He came quickly and replaced my 20 year old faucet with a new one. The old one could not be fixed and required it to be taken off with a pipe cutter. The new faucet Celeste installed has parts that can be replaced in the future, meaning I'll be able to fix them myself if a problem occurs. Celeste was professional, friendly, and polite. All in all an excellent service experience and I will call him again if needed.

We met Brian at the Interior Design Show and we immediately felt he was the one who we wanted to design our closet. Despite that, we still had 4 other quotes done before we gave Brian and the Organized Interiors team the go ahead. There was not really any choice. Brian's design was simply the best, in terms of understanding what we were looking for and what could be done. We have an irregular shaped walk in which required a novel solution, and Brian's design was superior in every way. Unlike the other designs we saw, we did not have to compromise between functionality and style. During installation, there were a few challenges owing to the irregular shape that their team explained and came up with excellent solutions for. We have been using our new closet for a few weeks now and it has been transformed from something off "Hoarders" to one of our favourite rooms in our home (my wife spent and hour in there with her sister just sitting down and talking!). For professionalism in service and in substance we can't recommend Organized Interiors enough.

What a fantastic job Stan and his guys did! Our stairway carpet had become an eyesore as our cats had scratched it badly over 10 years. I was embarrassed to have guests over, but now we proudly show off our terrific transformation. Our stairway is in a central location of our home and it reflects the other areas, and now it compliments and makes everything look better. It was not an easy job, we had to colour match existing features and it was difficult to do, but Stan persevered until he got it right. And working with Sheila was terrific! Extremely professional and friendly. Together, Stan, Sheila and their team made our experience working with them on upgrading our home an excellent one. We can't recommend them enough!
