Just moved into this 22 yr old home, and wanted the furnace checked. Fully expecting I would be told the furnace is old and needs to be replaced, I was pleasantly surprised when I was told the furnace is working fine, no issues. The tech was friendly, walked me through what he was doing, and what I needed to do to maintain the furnace. He told me not to replace what isn't broken, saying the old furnace runs better than many new ones.
