Charged $500.00 on my credit card for someone else’s box!!! I have had a Cubeit box for two months. On the second month billing, my credit card had an additional charge for two extra months for SOMEONE ELSES BOX. A different amount than my contract for a different name! They confirmed this. Customer service sends you to a “case manager” to resolve a very obvious problem. This is credit card theft. So now I have to pay those charges to not incur interest and dispute through my bank which could take weeks. Ask for written confirmation of all things said in an email and record all calls.
