The owner came within 2 days and set up the trap door as well as blocked off the other likely entrance point for the animals. They were gone within a few days and 4K left the trap door in place for a few weeks just to make sure all were gone. Ayyaz provided good communication and was very friendly.

The main burner in our fireplace would not light after the gas was shut off for the summer (pilot included). I tried a general cleaning but no luck getting it to work. I called Toronto Comfort Zone at the recommendation of the fireplace manufacturer and was extremely pleased. They set up an appointment within days and the service technician (Sam) was excellent. He quickly pulled the unit apart and found the problem right away, fixed it and then carefully reassembled everything to seal up any potential leaks. He then tested in and around the unit for gas leaks and CO to verify. This was something that was not done by other company technicians when they worked on our fireplaces. He also explained everything he was doing and was totally fair and honest. All in all......excellent service and I highly recommend them. We will use them again for both service and installation.

I highly recommend Joe and the Always Green team. I called Joe when our entire lawn died this summer and he arranged to do a site visit the next day. For reference, I called 6 other companies and never had quick replies or even a site visit from some. His pricing was very competitive and when he added a high end sprinkler system for a small incremental cost I was sold. We arranged an installation date 3 weeks from when we met and he was there on the day promised. Everything was completed in 1 day.
