We hired Royal Work to waterproof our basement in December based on their reviews and they seemed to be the most responsive and available at the time. All the other companies I talked to described virtually the same process and were at the same price point. Generally speaking they did a good job. They were efficient throughout the process and I assume the actual waterproofing was done properly and with care, even though I thought that the end of the job seemed unnecessarily rushed. There were some outstanding issues during and after the job, but I spoke to Nazar at their office about this recently and he sent over a crew in a matter of days - they addressed the main issues quickly and professionally. It's great to see how they took responsibility and made everything right.
