I really wanted to write a good review, but I have reached a point where I just can't. I had some built-ins ordered and installed by Closets by Design. Scott was great when he first came by. It took weeks upon weeks to get them installed. And now I've been trying for at least 6 weeks to have an additional rod installed. I wouldn't recommend them to do anything if you're at all concerned about time and having someone return your call. So disappointed.
The selection was great, price was great, but if you're wanting your light fixture in a reasonable amount of time, look elsewhere. I ordered a fixture in April and it took two months to receive. Don't expect a call that your fixture is on back order or in fact in the office - you'll have to keep on them.
I believe it was my best move ever - the team was fast, efficient, careful, and very respectful of me and my time! I would recommend them to anyone who needs movers.

Be wary of buying a house built by Homes by Avi. I just sold my home in Tamarack, only to find out after the real property report that Avi poured the concrete garage pad too close to the back alley. Can you say paying an extra variance to the City? Any other dealings with Avi were difficult at best. My favourite line was, "Oh but it's just a starter house."
I was called by a representative today to plan out this year's lawn care service. I explained to the rep that I had already cancelled last year. He proceeded to tell me that he would give me a discount for this year (which I notice on the website is being offered to everyone). I told the rep that I would have to think about it, and then promptly hung up on me when I did not commit to the service. Poor customer service I'd say.
I went into the store to purchase and have some carpet installed going into my basement. I asked (at least twice) whether the installer would be gluing the carpet to the stairs, and I was assured that is what he'd do. The installer was in my home today and he stapled the carpet to the stairs - and when asked, said it would be much more expensive to glue it down. And when I returned to the store to ask about it, I did not get a satisfactory answer at all - just really that stapling it down is better. Well OF COURSE they would say that...right?
