I had a half finished kitchen and a full bathroom renovation that needed to be completed. After reviewing 5 contractor candidates for the job, I chose Sam / SamRad Renovations as Sam was the most active in communications with me and provided the most competitive work cost estimate. Sam and his crew started at the agreed upon time, were courteous when on site and performed excellent work on the renovations. Same gave great feedback on stores to purchase from and item quality levels to consider. Sam took in my feedback from reviews of the work at the end of work days and did the requested changes as the project continued. I felt the reviews were an important part to make sure all work met my expectations and I highly recommend doing consistent reviews with Sam. The renovation was a collaborative effort I truely enjoyed being involved in as Sam is a great communicator and he always took time to explain various work subjects to me! Sam took care of all agreed upon work and even threw in a 'gift' concrete pour of my fireplace mantle that was crumbling! I now have a modern bathroom with updated fixtures and wonderful heated floor. The kitchen subway tile backsplash looks amazing and the floating shelf install will be a great unique feature. I would be happy to have Sam work on my future renovation projects and I am happy to recommend Sam Rad for anyone else's renovations!
