Renato really is the best! After four years having a furnace that was the wrong size (the BTU was too large for my home), I finally called Renato to replace my furnace because I trust him. He came out to my house mid-July. He took the time to understand my issues, review the report from an energy audit that confirmed that furnace size was wrong; he presented me with two options and offered good recommendations like an extended warranty. He followed up with a call a week after his visit to ask me which option I was going to go with and to tell me he would place the order. He recommended the timing for when I should get it installed (mid-August). On day of the installation, he arrived on time. He was efficient, speedy and very thorough. Once installed, he ran the furnace to make sure it was running well and there were no issues. He helped me with registering the product on the manufacturer’s website. Just as an aside, last year when I was having renovations done on my house and I had an issue with my A/C, I called Renato and he came out so quickly to fix the issue.
