We hired Julian from Just Cedar after submitting an RFQ to at least 6 other contractors for our company's fence replacement project. Julian was very detailed in the scope of work, and came on site multiple times to asses the work that needed to be done. He provided a quote and stuck to the price, even offering a competitive upgrade price for staining the cedar. He won the bid based on a number of factors including his commitment, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Julian always arrived at the project site on time, with all necessary equipment and helpers. He stuck to the project schedule and we went from an old broken fence to a new fully stained cedar fence with new concrete and new posts in just about 1 business week. He thoroughly involved me in the decision making process and made sure I was happy with the end product. The horizontal board fence design looks very aesthetically pleasing. I would not hesitate to hire him again for one of our other project sites!

I've had Altin and his crew come out several times to service our business locations - both as preventative maintenance, and for repairs. Each time, he has been very quick to respond to calls, got the jobs completed right away, and explained every step of the way. We've done sink replacements, toilet repairs, replacement of old water supply lines, service to our irrigation system, and diagnostics. All of our needs were met at a reasonable cost. I will continue to use My Plumber Inc in the future.

I selected Sam after having quoted the job with a number of other flooring contractors. Sam was on time, courteous, and listened to our project requirements, offering suggestions and solutions along the way. He was by far the most professional contractor I had interviewed, and his quote was very reasonably priced. The old carpet in our entire office (minus a couple boardrooms) was quickly removed, and disposed at the end of each business day. The crew that Sam had on this job was very accommodating and worked around our in-office staff members. They also worked evenings and weekends to meet our target completion dates. New carpet tile & base was installed throughout the office in a clean and efficient manner. Our kitchen flooring was very old and was coming up together with the subfloor when trying to remove it. This completely changed the scope of work, and QS Flooring had to take a different (more expensive) approach for the flooring replacement. Sam was committed to his quote, and did not increase our end price at all. This was above and beyond any expectations. Over the next few weeks, after the main job was completed, we underwent further renovations. QS Flooring came back on multiple occasions to do final touches, and installed additional carpet in newly exposed areas. Customer service was exceptional and I cannot say enough good things about Sam, Barry, Jerry, and the rest of the crew. Excellent job guys!
