Kudos to Magic Windows. Our windows are beautiful, the warranty is top notch and the service on the rare occasion that you need it is exceptional. We purchased our windows in 2009. On January 18,2022 we called the service department at 9:30am to have a repair done on one of our retractable blinds, at 3:30 that same day the repair had been done by the most friendly, respectful, efficient service tech. We just had Brad and his hard working crew of two remove a large dangerous branch from our Sunburst Locust as well as some extensive pruning of several other mature trees on our property. It was like having Tarzan up in our trees! Brad's dexterity and balance are truly remarkable.
