We had such a fantastic experience with KV Bear electrical! Kyle replaced the electrical panel in our home which was about 38 years old and upgraded to 200amp panel. Amazing customer service throughout the entire process. Very professional. When hydro one showed up at the home to shut the power off, the hydro one technician even commented on how he was one of the best electricians in the region. He went above and beyond to make sure the panel was installed flawlessly. We noticed the conduit that brought the wires into the house was not previously sealed properly causing a draft. He brought spray foam to seal it. We will definitely be booking more upgrades with him in the future. Very happy with our new panel!

Very happy to have worked with Steve and his team. Very professional crew. It took some time to book them in but the results were definitely worth the wait. The old brick windowsills had worn away due to age and elements. Two bricks had also cracked and needed to be replaced. Tuck pointing and caulking on the surrounding bricks also needed to be done. Some parging around the house and garage also needed to be done. Steve came out and provided a very competitive quote, and once he did an assessment. He was also very honest and did not accept work that I felt should have been done from the recommendation of another contractor but he did not see the need. They were very respectful of the job and even rescheduled based on weather forecast. While on-site they were professional, answered any questions I had and cleaned up the site when the job was done. Will definitely be working with them again for another project once I have some more savings.
